Bentley Continental Supersports prepping to make Nurburgring run

Spy photographers have caught a matte-grey Bentley Continental Supersports test mule hanging out around the Nurburgring track. The “fastest, most powerful Bentley ever produced” is expected to run some laps around the Nordschleife in preparation for its production debut in 2010.

Since power comes from a 6.0 W12 twin-turbocharged engine making 621-hp with a peak torque of 590 lb-ft, we’re pretty excited to see what numbers he Continental Supersports comes up with. The car, which runs on gasoline and E85 biofuel, can go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 204 mph.

You can place your order starting October 2009 with prices starting at $267,000. Keep in mind that the first couple hundred units headed to the U.S. will be gas only.
